MetroPCS and X102.9 Jacksonville’s Alternative present the fifth annual Big Ticket festival.
The show will take place on Friday, December 5 at Metropolitan Park, a 27-acre facility nestled on the lovely St. John’s River in Jacksonville, Florida. The Big Ticket will offer performances by Fall Out Boy, Weezer, Chevelle, Young the Giant, Islander, and more.
Danny Wimmer, the producer of The Big Ticket, as well as other major rock festivals such as Rock on the Range, Aftershock, and Welcome to Rockville, says about December 5, “Going into our 5th year of The Big Ticket with X102.9, I could not be more thrilled to continue our partnership with the station and program director Aaron Schachter. What a great way to celebrate our anniversary, with this amazing lineup.”
Monster Energy will be fueling the crowd at the show and Jagermeister will be present to provide mature beverages to responsible concert-goers.
Tickets for the show can be purchased in singles, VIP packages, or a General Admission 4-Pack while supplies last. Doors for the festival will open at 11 AM, so be sure to get there early as this lineup is sure to draw a crowd!
